Gateway Family Services CIC is a Birmingham-based community organisation supporting individuals, families and communities to improve their health, wellbeing and quality of life. Working across Birmingham and Solihull, Gateway delivers a wide range of preventative and early-intervention services, with a strong focus on reducing health inequalities and supporting people at times of need. Established in 2006, Gateway has grown into a trusted local provider of community-based health and wellbeing services. Its work spans social prescribing, early help and family support, neighbourhood networks for older people, carers’ support, lifestyle and wellbeing programmes, and maternity and neonatal voices partnerships. Gateway works closely with the NHS, local authorities, voluntary and community sector partners, and residents to ensure services are responsive, inclusive and grounded in lived experience. Gateway’s approach is rooted in listening, collaboration and practical support. By combining professional expertise with community insight, the organisation helps people navigate complex systems, build confidence, and access the right support at the right time.
