Birmingham Youth Sports Academy (BYSA) is a prominent charity dedicated to supporting and empowering the youth of Birmingham through sports, mentoring, and education. Founded by Anwar Khattak BEM, BYSA has been a cornerstone of the community for over 21 years. The organisation focuses on grassroots football, providing a platform for young people to develop their skills, build confidence, and foster teamwork.

BYSA offers a comprehensive programme that includes football coaching, mentoring, and tutoring, aiming to positively impact the lives of young individuals. The academy operates various teams, including the U18 squad in the Central Warwickshire Youth Football League, and organises regular fixtures and training sessions.

In line with the ethos of Birmingham Community Action, BYSA continues to make a lasting difference in the lives of Birmingham’s youth, promoting physical activity, education, and social cohesion.
