St Paul's Community Development Trust

Formally established in 1979, St. Paul’s Community Development Trust is a vital community anchor organisation based in Balsall Heath, Birmingham dedicated to our vision of a ‘A Fairer and Brighter Future for Communities’. Our offer is diverse and includes:
- local Community Services and Hub hosting community groups, events and activities
- services for Children and Young People including youth sports, school holiday programmes and an Ofsted After School provision
- a Hall Green District offer supporting Early Years and families via our Childrens Centre and facilitation of the Hall Green Family Hub
- a City Farm provides a unique space for learning and community engagement, connecting people with nature and offering educational programmes.
- an independent Specialist School and Post -16 settings supporting young people across the city and beyond
- a Day Care Nursery
As a member of the Birmingham Community Anchor Network (BCAN), St. Paul’s Trust collaborates with other organisations to address community needs and foster social cohesion. We enable volunteering opportunities across the Trust and are developing our offer further following the launch of our new Strategic Plan (2024-2027).
The Trust’s strength lies in its comprehensive approach to community regeneration, offering a diverse range of services that cater to all age groups and backgrounds. As a community anchor, St. Paul’s Trust plays a crucial role in providing spaces for people to come together, building on their creativity, strengths, and interests.
