The Muath Trust is a leading community anchor organisation, founded in 1990 with the aim to support the socio-economic advancement of the community.

Its vision, in its latest ‘Transforming Lives’ 2030 Strategy,  is to build a welcoming, aspirational and thriving community based on values of trust, service, excellence and accountability. The mission of the Trust is to support individuals and strengthen families to reach their full potential. Its primary focus is in delivering education, training and employment programmes, youth services, health & wellbeing, elderly projects, housing, welfare and cultural services.

The strength of the Muath Trust is in its holistic approach to community development, addressing various aspects of life to create a cohesive and resilient community. The Muath Trust strives to provide services to Birmingham’s most deprived BAMER community, aiming to lift them out of poverty, break the cycle of generational deprivation and contribute to unlocking their potential and transform lives.
